What does the course involve?

The online Mindfulness for Menopause course is designed to be completed over 4 weeks. It is suitable for beginners or those wanting a refresher of the basic mindfulness techniques. You will listen to recordings of various mindfulness meditations and be introduced to some of the common ways to bring mindfulness into your daily life. You will be encouraged to start and commit to a short daily mindfulness practice and learn how to run yourself through a meditation. You will need a daily commitment of around 10-15 minutes for this course. This course is pre-recorded and can be done at your own pace and schedule and you will gain access for 60 days from purchase.
